Justin Bieber -- Cops Say Video Shows Him Peeing in Jail Cell

Justin Bieber -- Cops Say Video Shows Him Peeing in Jail Cell

2/11/2014 10:00 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF
0208-justin-bieber-tmzJustin Bieber is on the offensive after embarrassing video surfaced of him getting patted down in jail following his DUI arrest in Miami Beach -- TMZ has learned, he's now begging for ALL police video to stay out of the public eye ... including footage of him urinating in his jail cell.

The pat down video surfaced last week -- showing Bieber getting the old "spread 'em" routine -- and his lawyers are upset ...  now asking the court to block police from releasing any more footage from the singer's arrest without showing it to them first.

020614_bieber_cell_launch
Not only does the footage paint a negative picture of Bieber -- for obvious reasons -- Bieber's lawyers claim additional video inside the station shows the singer in "various states of undress, which show intimate personal parts" of his body.

And law enforcement sources tell TMZ, the "personal parts" in question are revealed while Bieber urinates in his holding cell.

A source who saw the video tells us, "Justin is seen several times stumbling around while he was taking his tests. As if he had a problem with his balance ... [the video] also shows Justin taking his various tests and eventually taking a piss."

The source adds, "The stumbling and going to the bathroom is obviously reason enough for his attorneys to request it be sealed ... If I was trying to paint a picture that my client was innocent ... I wouldn’t want a video of him stumbling around and looking out of it to go public either."

Not like it's anything we haven't seen before.

Charlie Sheen Engaged to Brett Rossi

0215_charlie_sheen_splash_gallery_launchThree-time divorcee Charlie Sheen is hopping back on the marriage wagon ... this time to former adult starBrett Rossi.

Sheen proposed Saturday morning after he flew Rossi to Hawaii on a private jet -- then bragged about the proposal to a local photog who snapped some pics.

Sources close to Sheen confirmed the engagement is for real ... but so far, no additional details.

0215_showing_rings_splash_wmSheen was first married in '95 to model Donna Peelebut the couple split up a year later. In 2002, Sheen tied the knot with Denise Richards ... but she surprisingly filed for divorce two years later while six months pregnant with their second kid.

Brooke Mueller got the lucky title of wife #3 in 2008 ... but they were divorced in 2011 after a tumultuous relationship -- including an incident where she accused Sheen of holding a knife to her throat on Christmas morning.

For what it's worth ... sources close to Sheen tell us they're confident this relationship is different than the others -- and he's taking things incredibly serious this time.

Hopefully Rossi doesn't get Kelly Preston'ed.

Shenae Grimes too busy to start a family

Shenae Grimes too busy to start a family

Published on Saturday, February 15 2014
Actress Shenae Grimes has no plans to start a family with her new husband any time soon as the couple currently travels too much to become parents.
The 90210 star married British model Josh Beech in the U.K. last May (13), but she has now played down speculation they are preparing to have children, insisting they won't have kids until they are more settled.
However, the 27-year-old actress is hoping to bring a puppy home soon.
During a joint interview with celebrity blogger Perez Hilton, Beech says, "We are going to get a dog," while Grimes adds, "Let's start with keeping that alive and happy and healthy and see where it goes from there... We travel so much which is why we don't even have a dog yet. Not that you can't take a baby on a plane with you, but we are always out and about. I don't know when we would have time... It's so nice that we get to be selfish right now... And don't have to share our attention with someone else, for now."

'Monster-in-Law' Arrest -- Woman JAILED For Overdue Video Rental

'Monster-in-Law' Arrest -- Woman JAILED For Overdue Video Rental

2/15/2014 9:20 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF
0215-monster-in-law-01An out-of-business video store in South Carolina just taught a former customer a very hard lesson -- DON'T BAIL ON RETURNING VIDEOS OR YOU'LL BE ARRESTED!!!!!

Kayla Finley was arrested Thursday when she visited the Pickens County Sheriff's Office on an unrelated matter ... and according to reports cops discovered she had a nearly 10-year-old warrant.

Turns out Kayla allegedly rented "Monster-in-Law" from Dalton Video in 2005 but never returned it ... so the store owner got the police involved before going out of business.

It's unclear when Dalton Video went out of business ... but cops say they've been trying to get in touch with her about the warrant for years and never heard back.

Kayla swore she never got a notice -- but was hauled off to jail anyway ... and released a few hours later on bond.

The charge she's facing: "failure to return rented video cassette."

Fun Fact: "Monster-in-Law" has a 16% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

It's Been 25 Years Since Tom Hanks Stopped Being Funny

It's Been 25 Years Since Tom Hanks Stopped Being Funny

Monday will mark the 25th anniversary of “The ‘Burbs,” a somewhat forgettable but better-than-it-needed-to-be comedy that has found a new life as a cult favorite. (Though, sometimes I think it’s harder to find movies that aren’t considered cult favorites.) More important, though, it marks 25 years since we said goodbye to Funny Tom Hanks.
It’s odd to think that there’s an entire generation out there who only knows Hanks as the serious, kindly man who only appears in important movies. Sure, these people are aware that Hanks had a career making comedies, but they may not be aware just how dumb a lot of these comedies were. (I’m honestly using the word “dumb” in the most positive use of the word possible.) No, I’m not talking about “Splash,” which was Hanks’ first post-“Bosom Buddies” big break. And it doesn’t include Hanks’ early attempts at drama like “Every Time We Say Goodbye” and “Nothing in Common.” But it doesinclude six movies, released between 1984 and 1989, that represent an era we will ever see again –- the era of Tom Hanks Dumb Comedies.
“The ‘Burbs” came at an interesting time for Hanks. It was filmed in the summer of 1988 -– the same summer that saw “Big” released into theaters, which earned Hanks a Best Actor Oscar nomination. “The ‘Burbs” was actually the second Hanks movie released after “Big,” following the also not appreciated at the time “Punchline.” (In “Punchline,” Hanks plays a standup comic who, for lack of a better term, is a bit of a dick –- not at all what audiences were expecting after watching Hanks play the lovable Josh Baskin in “Big.”)
“The ‘Burbs” really is Hanks’ crossroads movie. His next film, “Turner & Hooch” might seem like it should be included in his list of dumb comedies, but “Turner & Hooch” is more of a sentimental family film –- this was, believe it or not, Hanks trying to grow up. After that was the dark comedy “Joe Versus the Volcano” (yes, anothercult favorite), a movie about a man trying to kill himself that really isn’t supposed to be that funny.
After that, Hanks went on to make the drama (and notorious bomb that certainly isn’t a cult favorite) “The Bonfire of the Vanities,” then his murderers’ row of “A League of Their Own,” “Sleepless in Seattle,” “Philadelphia,” “Forrest Gump,” “Apollo 13,” and “Saving Private Ryan.” The era of Tom Hanks Dumb Comedies was over forever, and it ended 25 years ago.
So, for this solemn anniversary, let’s rank the six quintessential Tom Hanks Dumb Comedies.
6.) “Volunteers”
Today, “Volunteers,” if it’s remembered at all, is best known as The Place Tom Hanks Met Rita Wison. For sure, “Volunteers” –- directed by Nicholas Meyer ("Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan”) -- gets the least amount of repeat play on basic cable of any of Tom Hanks’ early comedies. There’s a reason for this. People liked young Tom Hanks because he was so charming, people were not interested in watching a snooty Tom Hanks act like a rich snob using a cheap Thurston Howell III accent. Put it this way: This is a movie that stars both Tom Hanks and John Candy and a lot of people have never heard of it outside of the immediate Hanks family. That’s a bad sign. Not to mention, it falls into the “comedy that becomes a quasi action movie” trap.
5.) “The Man with One Red Shoe”
It’s actually surprising that “The Man with One Red Shoe” hasn’t become a cult classic. It seems there for the taking –- an early Tom Hanks movie that no one really seems to love that has an esoteric title, but certainly isn’tthat bad. The plot itself is interesting enough: Hanks is mistaken for a CIA informant (it’s actually more complicated then that, but it doesn’t really matter) and unknowingly gets caught up in a game of spy versus spy. Also: Dabney Coleman!
I just rewatched this on Netflix and the biggest problem is that the film tries so hard to keep up with its “spy caper”-type style that it doesn’t fully allow itself to be what it really is: a Tom Hanks Dumb Comedy. And the movie never fully lets Hanks just be Hanks -– it’s almost like the movie goes out of its way to make Hanks a little off-putting, which is a mistake considering the “innocent guy caught up in something he had nothing to do with” plot.
4.) “Dragnet”
Any mention of the Dan Aykroyd/Tom Hanks version of “Dragnet” is an excuse to post the video of Tom Hanks rapping.
Hey: Dabney Coleman again! “Dragnet” was released to less than warm reviews and, today, it’s not as if it’s become a beloved movie. But, Hanks is working at the height of his comedic charm powers in “Dragnet,” which actually works well against Aykroyd’s comically monotone interpretation of Joe Friday. In other words: It’s strangely rewatchable when it’s on cable. Also, Tom Hanks gives the best delivery of “Thank God it’s Friday” in the history of cinema.
3.) “The ‘Burbs”
If Joe Dante’s “The ‘Burbs” would have been released in, say, 1986, it would fit in more with the Tom Hanks career arc. But the fact that it was released after “Big” and “Punchline” makes it a fascinating specimen. And it was certainly the last time Tom Hanks would ever entertain the thought of co-starring in a movie with Corey Feldman. Then again, it also stars current Best Actor Oscar nominee Bruce Dern. The thing is, this movie is such an oddity.
2.) “The Money Pit”
Tom Hanks and Shelley Long buy a house on Long Island and the house provides wacky high jinks for all. That’spretty much it, but it does provide Hanks a platform for physical comedy –- which I wish he had done more of in his early career. (Which he also does here while he’s fighting The Fonz on an episode of “Happy Days.”)
The thing is, deep down, all of these movies are stinkers. The only reason we are still talking about them in 2014 is because Hanks elevated them to something more worthwhile. If “The Money Pit” had starred Jim Belushi, we would not remember “The Money Pit.”
Also: This scene…
1.) “Bachelor Party”
This is Tom Hanks’ only real R-rated comedy –- which, coming on the heels of “Splash” and “Bosom Buddies,” was kind of a surprise. In fact, “Bachelor Party" was released only three months after “Splash.” (I remember begging my parents to take me to see “Bachelor Party” because I was a big Hanks fan from “Bosom Buddies.” This was all set to happen until my father read a review and learned that the movie contained nudity. Though, I’m pretty sure he still went to see it.)
By the time “Bachelor Party” was released, Hanks was a legitimate star, which would account for the $38 million it made at the box office (it would have never made thatbefore “Splash”). It’s just interesting to watch Hanks souninhibited. This isn’t a guy worried about tarnishing his “brand” (in 1984, I’m not sure this was a word used to describe a human being) being in a raunchy R-rated movie -– this was just a guy who looked thrilled to be starring in any movie.

Kathie Lee Gifford says thatJustin Bieber’s mom Pattie Mallette wants everyone who cares about her troubled son to “pray for him” instead of criticizing.

The “Today Show” personality taped an appearance for Monday’s “Bethenny,” telling the host that she knows Mallette well and just spoke to her about Bieber.
Referring to First Lady Michelle Obama’s advice that Mallette hold Bieber close, Gifford said, “It’s very easy to give that kind of advice… when your kids are under your roof. It’s a completely different world when your kids go off in their world and they’re making their own way and they have their own money.”
“You can’t tell them anything. You just can pray for them and let them know your love is unconditional, you don’t like what they are doing, but you love them, that’s the important thing,” she said.
Later, Gifford added, “And she says for everybody that [while] it so easy to criticize him, if you really care about him, please instead of criticizing please pray for him. There is just power in prayer, there really is.”

Leonardo DiCaprio On His 'Amazing, Accidental Collaboration' With Martin Scorsese

Leonardo DiCaprio has made five films with Martin Scorsese. Four of those collaborations ("The Wolf of Wall Street," "The Departed," "The Aviator," "Gangs of New York") received Best Picture nominations, while DiCaprio himself has scored two Best Actor nods. For DiCaprio, his work with Scorsese counts as the most significant of his career.
"I always feel like a kid in this industry. I feel like I got my foot in the door, now I'm going to run with this opportunity and do everything I possibly can to make as many movies that I feel like aren't getting made,"DiCaprio said during a panel discussion with editor Thelma Schoonmaker and screenwriter Terence Winterabout his Scorsese films at New York's Ziegfeld Theater on Thursday night. "It's interesting because I've been doing this since I was 13. It's 26 years. I'm almost about to turn 40. I'm looking back at some of the stuff that I've gotten to do, and at the center of it is this amazing, accidental collaboration that I've gotten to have with Marty. It's hard for me to articulate or put into words everything I've learned from him."
DiCaprio didn't try, but he did discuss "The Wolf of Wall Street," the pair's latest film. The epic of sex, drugs and amoral behavior earned five Oscar nominations: Best Picture, Best Director, Best Adapted Screenplay, Best Supporting Actor (for Jonah Hill) and Best Actor for DiCaprio.
"It's a very rare film," DiCaprio, who is also Oscar nominated for his work as a producer on "Wolf," told the enthusiastic audience of press members and everyday ticket buyers. "It's a reflection back to the 1970s, to films that I was so informed by and so moved by -- those film where the director was able to put their vision up on screen without too much interference. This is one of the rare opportunities where you'll see a grand American epic where it's truly the director's vision. This is the director's cut. This is culmination of artists who got together and said this is the movie we want to do. Sometimes it's going to be disturbing. It's going to be a very dark look at the world around us. It's going to be hilarious. You may misinterpret it, but this is what we wanted to put onscreen. It's something you're not going to see much nowadays, but it's what I'm absolutely most proud of about making this movie."
With regard to the misinterpretations, "The Wolf of Wall Street" came under fire after its release on Christmas Day, with some viewers criticizing the film for glorifying the behavior and actions of DiCaprio's Jordan Belfort, a crooked stockbroker who bilked his clients out of millions. Scorsese's film doesn't focus on the victims, a point of contention for many who felt that the film was irresponsible in its depictions of white-collar crime.
"It's been an interesting process for me to be a part of a film that had an initial reaction that was controversial," DiCaprio said, before citing other lightning-rod Scorsese films such as "Taxi Driver" and "The Last Temptation of Christ." "He is the type of filmmaker who is not going to spoon feed the audience about how to think or what to feel. He's going to show these people in a very authentic way and that culminates in the way the film ends: some of these people don't get punished properly. He didn't show the victims: that's the magic of moviemaking and why he's such a brilliant filmmaker. He doesn't judge his characters. He says, 'Look, I'm going to put you the audience into the mindset of these people. Then let's create a dialogue from that.'"
DiCaprio and Scorsese have no other projects in current development, but don't be surprised if a sixth feature eventually happens. "Here you have Martin Scorsese at 70 years old, still this vital, still taking these kinds of chances," DiCaprio said about "The Wolf of Wall Street" and its director. "He's being vigilant about making a movie that's trying to push the envelope. It's amazing."

Drake Apologizes For Rolling Stone Cover Comments.

Drake Apologizes For Rolling Stone Cover Comments About Philip Seymour Hoffman

Drake has apologized for a pair of tweets he posted and soon deleted on Thursday criticizing Rolling Stone's decision to give its latest cover to the late Philip Seymour Hoffman instead of the Toronto rapper.
"I completely support and agree with Rolling Stone replacing me on the cover with the legendary Phillip [sic] Seymour Hoffman. He is one of the most incredible actors of our time and a man that deserves to be immortalized by this publication," Drake wrote on his blog, October's Very Own. "My frustration stemmed from the way it was executed. The circumstances at hand are completely justifiable (on the magazines [sic] behalf), but I was not able to salvage my story or my photos and that was devastating. They ran the issue without giving me a choice to be in it or not. I would have waited until it was my time because I understand the magnitude of the cover they chose but I just wasn't given that option and that made me feel violated. I apologize to anybody who took my initial comments out of context because in no way would I ever want to offend the Hoffman family or see myself as bigger than that moment."
Those words are very different from the one's Drake tweeted: "They also took my cover from me last minute and ran the issue," Drake wrote on Twitter. "I'm disgusted with that. RIP to Phillip [sic] Seymour Hoffman. All respect due. But the press is evil."
Drake also attacked Rolling Stone for the interview he conducted with the magazine, which included comments he made about Kanye West's "Yeezus." According to Drake, his words were spoken outside the "interview portion" of the conversation. The apology posted on October's Very Own, however, makes no mention of the "Yeezus" quotes.
"I once again apologize to everybody who took my cover comments the wrong way," Drake wrote in the final portion of his blog post. "I respect Rolling Stone for being willing to give a kid from Toronto a shot at the cover. I guess this is a day to learn and grow."

Larry King Remembers Sid Caesar

Larry King Remembers Sid Caesar: 'He Had A Great Sense Of The Absurd'

'Conan': Larry King Remembers His Friend, Sid Caesar
Larry King broke the news via Twitter that his dear friend Sid Caesar had died at 91-years old. Caesar was a comedy legend and one of the true pioneers of television. During a visit to "Conan," King talked about the passing of his good friend, who was also a huge influence on a youngConan O'Brien.
"He was great. He wasn’t a monologist. He wasn’t telling jokes," King said. "He had a great sense of the absurd.” Caesar had a comedic voice all his own, and it was something television fans got to enjoy in the early days of live television. From 1950 to 1954, Caesar headlined his own 90-minute variety show with Imogene Coca, "Your Show of Shows." It was perhaps the most famous of a series of shows he starred in throughout the '50s.
O'Brien remembered his father taking him to see a movie that was comprised of various sketches from "Your Show of Shows" featuring Caesar. He said that seeing that film set him on the path of a career in comedy. He also encouraged anyone unfamiliar with Caesar's work to seek him out immediately.

Kardashian Family -- The Rich Get Richer ... ANOTHER $40 Million+ Deal In Their Laps

2/13/2014 1:40 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF
0213-bruce-jenner-keeping-up-kardashiansupdate_graphic_red_barE! is quoting Bruce as saying the story that he's leaving the show is fabricated.  We can tell you ... Bruce WILL NOT be part of the show after this season ... period.

update_grey_gray_barThe Kardashian family gravy train is moving full steam ahead -- with no sign of stopping -- TMZ has learned, Kim and co. will sign on for yet ANOTHER multi-season deal with E! worth more than what they're making on the current one ... and they'll do it without Bruce Jenner.

TMZ broke the story ... "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" was renewed for an additional 3 seasons back in 2012 for more than $40 million -- what was thenthe richest reality TV deal ever.

But now the Kardashians have outdone themselves -- sources connected to production tell us, the new deal will be worth more than the last.

"Keeping Up with the Kardashians" is currently shooting Season 10 and the new deal will take the show into Season 11 and beyond. As one production source put it, "It is a HUGE show."

As for Bruce Jenner, he won't be coming along for the ride -- as we reported, Bruce has decided to call it quitsafter Season 10 to spend more time doing the other things he loves.  Production sources acknowledge Bruce was "fatigued" and hated the criticism that went along with the show.

He'll be missed -- but sources tell us, producers aren't concerned about his departure ... he was not a major character.

Our sources will not say if the deal has been signed or if it's still being negotiated ... but it's definitely far enough along that everyone knows the show will be back.

It's a boy!

Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green welcomed their second child together, toofab has exclusively learned.

This is the second boy for the couple, who welcomed sonNoah in September 2012, and the third son for Green -- who also has 11-year-old Kassius with ex Vanessa Marcil.

No other details about the baby were immediately made available.

Back in November, Fox opened up about her "rough" second pregnancy.

"I’ve had rough first trimesters," she told ABC News. "But once you get into the second, it’s fine after that."

When asked how the two pregnancies differed, she added "I don’t have time to think about it, I have a 1-year-old running around. And then when you’re working like 16 hours a day, there’s no time for you at all."

Congratulations to the couple -- we can't wait to find out the little one's name!

Drake
has no business attacking Rolling Stone orPhilip Seymour Hoffman because the magazine gave him advance notice it was dropping him from the cover in favor of PSH.

Sources close to Drake tell TMZ the rapper feels like he was "tricked" because ... "He only did the interview if he was going to be on the cover."

But we've learned Drake was interviewed on January 28, and the photo shoot was also completed before PSH died on Feb. 2.

A rep for RS says this happens all the time when musicians and actors die -- most recently when Lou Reed and Whitney Houston passed away.

Further, sources tell us Drake's camp was told last Friday he wouldn't be on the cover when the mag was released Wednesday. The RS rep would not say if they offered Drake a future cover.

Beautygram: Marc Jacob's 50 Shades of Nude

Earlier today, I wondered whether "nude" was even a color after seeing it all over the runways this week. And today, Marc Jacobs answered that question with a resoundinb yes. He created a beauty palette and runway collection entirely focused around exploring nude tonality.
Nude tonality? Yes. Not only is nude a color, but between the clothes, makeup by Francois Nars, nail polish, and wigs created by Guido Palau's Redken team, there may be 50 shades of it. For his show, Jacobs even invented five new nail polish shades of Marc Jacobs Beauty nail polish (still unnamed) late last night to paint on the hands of the models in today's show. Francois Nars and Palau for Redken explained how they worked together with Jacobs to create a full spectrum of nude scaling.
Guido Palau: "We were inspired by tonality. We wanted to do shades of hair that you couldn't quite see what the color was. Is it pink? Is it brown? Is it a blonde? Last time, it was about the white and the black. These are pulled back and almost old-lady colors. There are five different tones. Anthracite, a silver-y brown, when you look at them altogether, they merge but they aren't all the same. I wouldn't know what to name them. The headband matching the hair in a funny kind of way, it's almost like a painting or illustration. This feels new to me, a new way to see hair.
We bleached the wigs out and put a rinse on it so they have a tone but don't pop. They're like 50s or 60s colors. The whole thing is like an illustration come to life, this very simple shape inspired by Jessica Lange pictures, and Polly Mellen. It's so perfect, it almost looks futuristic. There's no era reference when you look at the girls, it's quite eerie and unsettling and unemotional.
We had to blow dry all the wigs with Redken Satin Wear and ironed it with Redken Iron Silk. It's all about getting off tones, that's what he wanted to see in the hair. Marc had two hairdressers from my team with him and each look is styled with the hair so he got a complete tonality."
Francois Nars: "We based the whole makeup directly on the colors, fabric, and textures, which is very matte. The makeup overall is very matte. We are using pastel, with touches of chocolate, very earthy and silky and neutral in a way, with a specific focus on a light gray (NARS Andromeda Dual-Intensity eyeshadow out Fall 2014, Tokyo Duo Eyeshadow is similar) on the eyelid, mixed with a chocolate in the crease (NARS Kalahari Duo Eyeshadow.) The idea is to accentuate the eyelid, make those big eyelids like those seen on Greek statues. They have no lashes, mascara, nothing, but the eyelid is very drawn. I tried to do this, but in a soft way.
Lips are very neutral, beige, with a little highlight, shimmer, almost like a beige-y shimmer with a touch of silver (NARS Dione Dual-Intensity eyeshadow out Fall 2014, NARS All About Eve Eyeshadow.) But all done with a finger, so no line, very soft and transparent but catches the light.
The brows are bleached and toned to the color of the hair. They aren't disappearing. They're really there and matching the hair color. I didn't want to do a 'no eyebrow.' I wanted it soft."
